TrueFace AI is designed to be simple, secure, and private. This policy describes what we collect when you use the service and how we handle that information.
Images you submit are processed solely to return an authenticity result and confidence score. We do not sell your images and do not use them for advertising.
When you create an account we store your email address and authentication identifier so you can sign in.
You can permanently delete your account and all linked personal data at any time from Account & data → Delete my account inside the app (sign in, open the account menu in the top right, then choose Account & data). Deletion removes your sign-in, your saved scan history, your preferences, and any image hashes linked to your account, and cannot be undone. If you prefer, email support@truefaceai.one from your account email and we will delete it for you.
AI image detection is probabilistic. Results are estimates, not guarantees, and should be treated as guidance rather than proof. False positives and false negatives are possible.
